ALLO Communications First Impression Specialist in Erie, Colorado

The First Impression Specialist I will complete the first month of training with the specified Front Office staff and attend on-the-job training in an established market. They live out our core values in every interaction with both external and internal customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Refer to the Knowledge Base first when questions arise or call on a lead or assigned buddy
Complete all assigned Scheduling Calls, Surveys, Reminder Calls and Landlord Calls
Properly document all customer interaction and activity in Contact Tracking
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions and update the customer tally sheet daily
Understands basic troubleshooting and asks relevant questions needed to open trouble tickets if applicable. Measured via knowledge checks
Adequately use the Buy Flow when signing new customers up for service. Measured via knowledge checks
Successfully utilize SmartTrack when Auto Scheduler isn't available. Measured via knowledge checks
Keep track of office supply inventory and order as needed
Complete expense reports on time each month
Utilize other Team's chat groups for information. (Billing, MDU, Construction, Plant, etc.)
Participate in three local ALLO sponsored events every year
Assist Events Team in preparing for local events
Be resourceful and have a strong understanding of ALLO processes
Have a clear understanding of how to educate on online billing and other ALLO applications and products and be able to assist customers with the processes
Building and maintaining relationships with property owners, property managers, and building developers to promote telecommunication services
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Colorado residents: Typical pay for this role is $17-$19 per hour depending on experience.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
Previous customer service experience preferred
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and prospective customers as defined by secret shopper and customer feedback
Knowledge of the benefits of ALLO products: Internet, TV, and Phone. Measured via knowledge checks
REQUIREMENTS:
Raise objects up to 25 lbs.
Remain upright on feet for extended periods
Remain stationary for extended periods
Ability to communicate information
Ability to operate a computer
Possess/Maintain a valid Driver's License
Travel requirement: 25%
