What part will you play?
In this position you will be part of the Quality Excellence team within the business unit “Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation”.
You are the key manager and coordinator of business process management for this business unit.
You drive governance topics like regulations and announcements.
You support the development of Integrated Management System (IMS) with focus on in automation and digitalization worldwide.
You coordinate and ensure the external certification and conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 within our certification matrix.
You conduct Management Review for IMS in our headquarter.
You are the headquarter contact for the business in regards of social audits.
You support in digital transition of quality processes.
What you need to make real what matters.
The basis of your success is a master’s degree in business management, in mechanical-, electrical engineering, or an equivalent subject.
You have several years of experience in the field of Quality Management especially in IMS.
You are able to interact with senior management and possess intercultural experience.
You have a good knowledge of quality requirements in business processes.
You understand and know management systems and structures very well..
You have conducted audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001.
You have experience of using Data Analytics tool e.g. Power BI.
Fluent German and English skills in written and spoken complete your profile.
