The Coca-Cola Company Senior Director Stills Franchise Operations - Central America in Escazu, Costa Rica

Today we are looking for a new Senior Director of Stills Franchise Operations - Central America to join our team and help continue our history of growth in our LATAM Central Zone. In this position, you will lead the Stills Category growth agenda with the bottler in the region, aligning the local/regional Strategy and plans with the bottler and manage the day to day operations to ensure business results in Bottler/Territories.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Define the local/regional Stills strategy and develop the plan to maximize the business opportunity with the Bottler´s Senior/Regional.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the franchise including marketing, commercial and financial areas; executes strategies with bottling partners; cooperates with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.

  • Lead the execution of Strategic Business Priorities, by empowering Bottler´s Senior/Regional Leadership Teams.

  • Act with discipline to ensure decision making and results tracking to effective management routines across different levels (Senior, functional, workstreams)

  • Ensure correct decision making and strategy adjustments/improvements through deep market understanding.

  • Manage relationships with specific stills stakeholders i.e. shareholders and senior bottler management.

  • Wire with other regions and operations global peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.

  • Work closely with the FL team to create synergies and ensure resources, with peers in Latam.

  • Include any financial information the role is responsible for (NR, DME, OPEX, size of managed teams and typical roles).

What you need to be successful

  • 10 - 15 years in Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies, with Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail

  • General management accountability with P&L responsibility.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related

  • High level of autonomy and decision making to be aligned with The Coca-Cola System in guidelines, principles, and impact

  • Continuous finding of new ways to identify regional market opportunities, generating value across the System in alignment with the Business Unit strategic priorities

  • Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills. Must be able to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish.

  • Strong negotiation skills and power to influence on others.

  • Great team player with positive leadership skills.

  • Innovative and creative vision of the business.

LOCATION : This role will be based in Costa Rica .
