Position Summary
You will be part of T-Hub (Transportation Hub) organization from Nestlé. T-Hub has the responsibility to deliver on time and efficiently our goods to our customers, its perimeter extends from Iberia to Greece, Italy included. In this role you will also work with the Procurement Division based in our Headquarter in Switzerland, being responsible for implementing the new group's road transportation procurement strategy, for deploying all the procurement activities required to support and for materializing the global targets and agreements defined by the Procurement Division team.
A day in the life of a Transportation Procurement Partner
Being the Procurement Partner when it comes to implement road transportation strategies in your perimeter of competence.
Managing key relationships with Transportation Providers
Transportation Contracts and SLAs management
Actively contribute to the deployment and the execution of the global road transportation sourcing roadmap as defined by the team, enabling so the achievements of the group's expected efficiency and savings targets
Guide supplier performance and act as point of commercial escalation to meet business needs.
Ensure Compliance to Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, policies, standards and Procurement Policy, Procurement Standardized Model, Best Practices, etc
Establish relationships with stakeholders to communicate and explain the benefits of the procurement division category strategy adoption.
What will make you successful
Engineering Bachelor or equivalent
At least 3-5 years’ experience in transportation/supply chain sourcing strategy or procurement.
Deep knowledge of Transportation market and its logic
Mastering in excel, SAP, Power BI and Jaggaer
Fluent Spanish and English. Portuguese desirable
Excellent negotiation and relational skills
Ability to effectively communicate with external and internal stakeholders
Analytical mindset and good influencing skills
Learning agility and entrepreneurship
Good organizational and planning skills.
