Holiday Inn Express Business Operations Analyst in Essington, Pennsylvania
PHL Shanti D/B/A Holiday Inn Express seeks Business Operations Analyst to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and other financial and operational metrics. Evaluate hotel operations' technologies and systems, such as property management systems (PMS), revenue management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. Coordinate with various departments to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to hotel operations, including guest satisfaction surveys, employee productivity, and financial performance to Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions, implementing revenue management strategies. Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve overall operational efficiency. Implement new initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related with 5 years of experience in Hotel Management or related.
