Job Title: Assistant Finance ManagerJob Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee a team of three and manage full cycle accounting. You will ensure the accuracy of financials and timely delivery of reporting, support the direction of month-end close activities, maintain robust financial reporting processes, and strengthen internal financial controls. As a finance subject matter expert, you will assist business unit managers with quarterly presentations, respond to auditor requests, and educate non-finance professionals on finance rules and internal controls. Additionally, you will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with IT to automate processes, enhance Accounts Payable and Receivable workflows, and lead special projects to optimize ERP utilization across the business.
Hard Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
5+ years in similar roles
Experience in manufacturing, preferably aerospace
