Insight Global HR-HSE Administrator in Everett, Washington

Job Description

* Carries out administrative work involving the human resources, HSE and facilities functions and maintains related records.

* Advises employee and management personnel on the interpretation of basic personnel policies, programs, and procedures.

* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities for new and current employees.

* Maintains and files organizational documents, records, logs, and reports (electronic and/or hardcopy).

* Implement emergency preparedness plans and coordinate response activities.

* Coordinate HSE and awareness training programs, drills, risk assessments, safety audits and monthly committee.

* HSE Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; develop reports and corrective action plans, according with internal programs and procedures.

* Oversee the maintenance and management of site facilities and security measures to protect employees and property, ensuring they meet HSE standards.

* Coordinate with contractors and service providers for facility repairs, maintenance, and improvements.

* Promote a culture of continuous improvements in HSE standards across all sites.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)

* 13 years experience performing HR, HSE and facilities administrative activities (preferred)

* Must possess the ability to run and analyze HR reports and data.

* Understanding general HR policies and procedures.

* Ability to handle employees data records with confidentiality.

* Highly organized, proactive, flexible, detail oriented and selfdirected

* Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite null
