[]{#_Hlk15270516}SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, the Recruitment Coordinator supports and performs Human Resources recruitment related and record management duties. Works with HR Business Partners and HR Generalist to support recruitment activities. Responsible for administrative and coordination activities related to new hire onboarding, employee file management, welcoming new employees, and other HR processes. This position presents a positive organizational image and maintains utmost discretion and professionalism with employees and the general public.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for new hire onboarding activities such as sending offer letters, new hire paperwork, drug screening, background check, reference checks if applicable, E-Verify, and other compliance documentation.
  • Coordinates New Partner Welcome (NPW) activities such as maintaining NPW calendars, sending NPW email invitations, ordering lunches, greeting new partners, checking in during new partner orientation breaks and lunch. May conduct building tours with the new partners.
  • Schedules recruiting phone screens and interviews as required.
  • Prepares interview material for Managers, Business Partners, and HR Generalist.
  • Maintains employee personnel, I-9, and recruitment records, including assembling, filing, organizing, auditing, and retention in compliance with state and federal requirements.
  • Assists with maintaining current WA Employment Security Department (ESD) Shared Work list.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • []{#_Hlk15452178}Associates degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an administrative role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Recruiting an HRIS database preferred.
  • Human Resources certification preferred.

PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit, stand and walk; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. []{#_Hlk15452254}The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Compensation

The full base pay range for this position is $23.00 -- $35.00 (expressed as hourly for non-exempt), exclusive of benefits or potential bonuses. The lower end of the range represents the target base pay for those beginning or developing in the role. The higher end of the range is intended for those who have mastered the role, with proven significant expertise, high achievement, and specialized skills. If you are hired at ATS, your hourly rate will be based on factors including skills, education and experience. In addition to those factors -- we consider internal equity of our current employees when determining offers. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. We also offer a generous benefits package, as detailed below.
