Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Quality Management Review Analyst (Level 4) to support the Delivery Center team in Everett, Washington .

This role will require attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with others.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Quality Management Review Compliance Sweeps(i.e., FOD, Tool Management, Part Segregation & Identification, Hazmat, Records, Certifications, QMS/BPS, Airplane Storage, NC Parts, Stamp Control, and Work Instructions.

  • Coordinate with applicable site/organization management in support of Quality Management Review operations.

  • Ensure that QMRs are performed in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements, industry standards, and satisfying customer requirements.

  • Ensure that QMRs are performed in accordance with applicable command media supporting process documentation.

  • Ensure surveillance (i.e., oversight – Internal Audit, Self-Governance Process assessment) of QMRs activities.

  • Establish and maintain the required corporate QMS policies and supporting procedures/process instructions.

  • Plan and Communicate the necessary resources for the execution of the QMR Compliance Strategy (i.e., development, implementation, and maintenance), including continual improvement efforts (i.e., evaluation of QMR Compliance, performance and determination of system enhancements).

  • Lead/facilitate the Compliance Committee meeting.

  • Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

  • Analyzes and interprets data.

  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

  • Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in aviation or aviation related activities.

  • 5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.

  • 5+ years in a role that requires effective communication to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership.

  • 5+ years of experience in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience giving presentations and public speaking.

  • Experience or training reading and interpreting drawings or blueprints.

  • Experience with the Boeing Problem Solving Model.

  • Experience with the Boeing Production System (BPS).

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.). Related work and/or military experience is acceptable.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $106,200 - $129,800
