Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for packaging, labeling, and palletizing soups. This role requires repeated lifting of soups off the conveyor into boxes, ensuring machine packaging operates smoothly, and checking labels.
Responsibilities
Package, label, and palletize soups.
Lift soups off the conveyor into boxes.
Ensure machine packaging operates smoothly and check labels.
Hand palletize boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
Perform chemical cleaning within the assigned area on a daily turnaround and unplanned intervals.
Escalate acute and chronic machine and organizational issues to Line Specialist and/or Lead as required.
Support existing line operation documentation by completing required tasks and documentation at required intervals.
Support new initiatives by providing feedback, writing, and training others on procedures, and adopting new tasks and documentation.
Accountable for keeping and maintaining assigned tools.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Entry level - No experience required!
Previous work experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
Picking and packing
Must be able to stand for full shift
Work Environment
This position is within a food production environment where personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn, including hair nets, bump caps, ear plugs, gloves, steel-toe shoes (provided by the employee), and goggles. The work environment is cold, with temperatures around 45 degrees Fahrenheit.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
