Responsibilities:
Determine maintenance requirements and lead the flawless execution of equipment repairs
Collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement preventative maintenance programs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance
Conduct thorough equipment analysis and investigation to ensure production targets are achieved.
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment
Exceptional knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced environment
