Everts Air Aviation Records Coordinator in Fairbanks, Alaska
Role Summary
Support the Maintenance and Inspections Department through maintaining, verifying, reporting and processing data, and ensure all assigned aircraft records are up to date. Analyze and obtain data to provide information to inspectors, mechanics, parts room personnel (Everts Air locations in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Laredo TX, and for Zero-G Corporation located Florida), and FAA personnel.

Essential Functions:
- Update and enter flight times for every aircraft log page in the A/C Engine Report and RAAS program. This requires active communication between the hangar floor, parts room, and the Records Department to accurately track and calculate the flight time for the aircraft and any associated equipment.
- Process component removals and installations from Maintenance job cards and verify data on the serviceable yellow tags. Some research may be necessary to verify the information, and if needed, request serviceable yellow tags to be generated based on the information gathered.
- Maintain and audit the A/C Engine Report to provide daily updates to the Maintenance department.
- Audit Airworthiness Directives for accuracy and compliance and if needed, attend Airworthiness Review Committee Meetings to ensure RAAS and Kardex are set up for new AD tracking.
- Track and Maintain Master list for the Engineering Order Database for the Fleet and by individual aircraft.
- Maintain and update files by collecting and filing all vendor/purchasing order documentation, repair or overhaul, and Tool and Calibration paperwork.
- Complete various monthly reports such as the Aircraft and Engine Utilization Report, Oil Report, Engineering Order Report, and Calibrated Tool Report. These reports are provided to key leadership.
- Archive current and past Log Sheets, Inspections, and Maintenance paperwork.
- Manage and maintain aircraft logbooks, engine logbooks and prop logbooks.
- Responsible for the maintenance and the upkeep of the printer/copier within our area, this includes the ordering of the paper for said machine.
- Support other departments by supplying current information as needed.
