Yukon Accounting and Consulting has a bookkeeper/administrative assistant position available for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and positive individual. Must have computer experience and be able to type at least 40wpm. Must work well with others and embrace a fast-paced work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION Front desk office bookkeeper/administrative assistant. Duties include greeting clients, answering multi-line phone and directing calls, scheduling appointments, sorting mail, scanning and filing documents, assembling tax returns and assisting other staff as needed.

Full-time position, M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour lunch break... Excellent opportunities for advancement for a successful candidate.

REQUIRED SKILLS - Experience with Word, Excel - QuickBooks and comfortable working with a wide variety of computer software - Excellent organizational skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment - Ability to embrace a dynamic set of job duties
