Stillwater Human Capital Exercise Planner in Fairbanks, Alaska

Exercise Planner

United States Army Reserve Pacific (USARPAC)

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at echelons ranging from Battalion to Division.

  • Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled before the execution of the training.

  • Serves in a mentorship or observer/controller role when requested.

  • Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs).

  • Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of training programs.

  • Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.

  • MCIS proficiency required.

  • MSEL development experience preferred.

  • MEL IV or equivalent level schooling preferred.

  • Active SECRET clearance

Education:

B.S / B.A. and 8-10 years of relevant experience
