DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: About the Position: The Parts Clerk will be responsible for providing support to the parts and sales and warehouse workgroups. You will be busy with ordering/stocking novelties, matching packing lists to vendor invoices, properly coding invoices for payment, processing claims, processing EPA engine paperwork within CAT systems, daily data entry to include charging freight and charging parts for hose builds, matching CAT credit memos to applicable claims receivables. Processing and filing Parts Department correspondence, logs, reports and related paperwork timely and accurately.

Salary range from $23.15 per hour. Hourly offered based on skills and experience.
