LINQUEST CORPORATION Senior Program Control Specialist I in Fairborn, Ohio

Description TMC, a LinQuest company is seeking a Senior Program Control Specialist to join our team in one of our offices in Colorado Springs; Dayton, Ohio; or El Segundo, CA. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. US citizenship required The Senior Program Control Specialist I will interact with the functional organizations and business area to ensure program financial commitments are met. Responsibilities: Provide program resource management support, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis. Prepare operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities for program management review. Review financial reports, presentations and bids for accuracy and completeness. Support cost and schedule performance through analysis of performance metrics and projections. Support CDRL delivery with assigned artifacts Maintain contract budgets, reviews contract billing, and monitors funding. Set up project data in systems Participate in internal and external financial meetings. Monitor program risks and opportunities including cost overruns and scheduling delays. Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records Complete required supporting artifacts for notifications of exhausted funds Review of contractual documents and incorporates contractual changes into control systems. Implement and maintain program baseline (PMB) and forecasts in EVM Cost Tool (Deltek Cobra) to ensure accurate reflection of contract requirements and program estimate at complete (e.g. EAC). Prepare, process, and integrate monthly program cost and schedule data in EVM Cost Engine (Deltek Cobra) for internal/external customer reporting. Provide cost control support to program management and control account managers. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Minimum 6+ years related experience in Program Control/Project Financial Analysis. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting , Finance, a related field or equivalent experience Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and ensuring compliant application with company's internal processes and Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, V-lookup, Conditional Formatting Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines Program control knowledge of Government contracts of all types (IDIQ, T&M, FFP, CPFF, etc.) Government Cost Accounting Standards and the FAR Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. US citizenship required Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Experience with IPMR, IPMDAR Deliverables, CFSR, CSDR Flex Cost and Hour Reporting, Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR) Experience preparing, analyzing, and evaluating program performance measurement baseline and variances to cost, schedule, at complete Experience with Deltek CostPoint, Deltek Budgeting and Planning System, Cognos, Unanet, Salesforce, and baseline development in EVM Cost Engines such as Deltek Cobra Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from approximately $85,000 to $95,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
