Primary Responsibilities:
Manage T4NG2 and VA(Veteran’s Affairs) IT opportunities
Support other VA/ DoD/ DHA growth opportunities as required
Prepare Bid/No-Bid gate packages for each task order opportunity and creates/updates strategic account plans for the T4NG2 account
Collaborate with the VA IT senior growth executives to provide strategic support in advancing the VA business and achieving growth objectives
Conduct comprehensive research, management, and data analysis on healthcare consulting projects, contributing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making
Actively participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions to address challenges within the healthcare consulting landscape, offering innovative solutions and strategies
Apply critical and analytical thinking skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations during meetings, webinars, and presentations
Support qualitative and quantitative data collection efforts to measure, govern, and evaluate performance, contributing to evidence-based decision-making processes
Design and enhance administrative tasks, business processes, and project management practices
Stay abreast of current industry best practices through literature reviews, ensuring that our strategies align with the latest trends and advancements in the healthcare consulting sector
Prepare written materials to effectively communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to internal leadership, fostering informed decision-making
Work on proposal efforts to include capture, solutioning, and assisting proposal writers, proposal managers, business subject matter experts, technical experts, clinical subject matter experts, etc., with proposal writing and compliance reviews

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of business development support, growth operations, or similar experience
Federal (VA, DoD/, DHA, etc.) experience
Preferred Qualification:
2+ years of experience in VA (Veteran’s Affairs) IT
2+ years of healthcare industry experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
