Overview

Provides hardware, software, and network technical support and maintenance to Bank employees.

Responsibilities
    Field all user inquiries and troubleshoot issues relating to hardware, network, and software operations and problems.
  • Complete necessary documentation and appropriate tracking related activities to notify proper personnel of continuous problems.
  • Maintain records requesting change of user's rights to bank systems, and upon approval, assist in completing requested change.
  • Supports employee onboarding / off-boarding process including system / hardware provisioning.
Qualifications
  • HS diploma required, bachelor's degree in relevant field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of demonstrated experience in a help desk function troubleshooting end user workstation.
  • A+ certification preferred.
  • Experience with Windows operating system configuration files and hardware/software interoperability issues required.
  • PowerShell scripting experience a plus.
  • ServiceNow experience preferred.
  • MS Office proficiency required.
  • Must have excellent communication and written skills to be able to present to the business.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position requires flexibility and willingness to occasionally travel to other locations/ branches, generally during normal business hours but includes evenings and Saturdays.

The successful candidate will be required to prove on the first day of work that they are legally authorized to work in the U.S. The Bank will not sponsor a candidate for a visa or for work authorization.
