ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Fairhaven, Massachusetts

Our client, Acushnet | TItleist is seeking a customer service Representative to join their team. As a customer service representative, you will be part of the Club Glove Department supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have great problem solving skills, a few years customer service or sales experience and have the ability to work in a flexible environment.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Fairhaven, MA

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

This is a hybrid role with the ability to work some days from home!

What’s the Job?

  • Assist customers / sales reps by updating orders and advising of sales programs

  • Analyze and Answer inquiries about product performance, construction & availability

  • Represent Acushnet at special events and answer participant questions

  • Customer Service Order Entry and maintenance for all inbound customer calls

  • Manage customization process from start to finish

What’s Needed?

  • 2 year / 4 year college preferred

  • Great problem solving skills

  • 2+ years customer service, sales or golf industry experience required

  • Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screening

  • Ability to work and thrive in a flexible work environment
