Job Title: Assistant Production Supervisor
Job Description
Seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Production Supervisor to back up our Production Shift Supervisor during the night shift. The successful candidate will oversee a team of up to 20 people, ensuring that all production goals are met and tasks are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control, proper documentation, assisting in scheduling, and executing daily tasks. The role also requires filling in on the floor to cover for absences, assisting with changeovers, and floating fill-ins. Please note, applicants cannot be allergic or sensitive to wheat, sesame, coconut, oats, or dust.

This is a fully on-site position in Fargo, North Dakota.
Work Environment
The training schedule will be either 3:00-11:30 or 11:00-7:30, Monday to Friday. The plant currently operates 24/5 and will be adding a 6th day. Starting from 7/8/24, the shift will change to 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. On the first day, new hires will need to arrive 15-30 minutes before the shift time to get fitted for their uniform and checked in. The dress code requires non-slip shoes (do not have to be steel-toed). Uniforms, masks, and hairnets will be provided.
