Job Summary and Responsibilities SUMMARY Circet USA is a premier technology infrastructure design, build, and maintain partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead and execute the Data Center Service commercial strategy focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth/profitability. The candidate will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and preparing comprehensive proposals. This role requires a strong understanding of infrastructure deployment within the white space of Data Centers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned: Define and execute Commercial strategy per guidance offered by Vice President of the Growth and Customer Delivery (GCD) team and in coordination with the Vice President, Solution Architecture, ISP Identify and develop new infrastructure deployment opportunities within the Data Center industry Secure strategic positioning with the customer, develop relationship Aligns closely with the operational team goals Embedded in industry developments, changes, competitor developments Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities Prepare and deliver presentations to customers Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, forecasts, and market trends Takes initiative in learning global best practices and implements where best suited Upholds, honors and practices the Company Core Values High energy, with a strong 'can do' attitude Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Business Development orientation Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage and process multiple data streams Experience and knowledge of infrastructure deployment services: data centers Ability to communicate across multiple service groups to both internal and external customers Approximately 50%+ travel required for the role EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; or seven plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant technical experience and understanding is required. Field experience in data center design, build, maintenance services desirable. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents; ability to respond effectively to the technical and most sensitive inquiries. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume; ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
