Performs 5S procedures Takes part in the training process for all new team members Provides input regarding the performance of new team members Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Ability to operate hand tools Ability to read and understand written English Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience Daikin Applied Americas Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from minorities, woman, the disabled, protected veterans, and other qualified applicants.
