The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

The Corporate Legal, Contracts & Compliance (LCC) team is seeking a high performing LCC Engagement Project Manager for a dynamic and fast paced role responsible for planning and executing various engagement and communication initiatives to strengthen one team culture across global RTX LCC. The ideal candidate is agile, adaptable, driven and strong communicator who is experienced in managing and executing projects.

Reporting to the Director, LCC Engagement & Program Management, this position will be responsible for planning and managing the execution of tactical support of various engagement initiatives and projects, including but not limited to LCC new employee engagement program, newsletters, offsite events, virtual and in-person engagements and support internal communications through various channels.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the execution of tactical support of LCC new employee engagement program across the enterprise; to include internal communications, SharePoint page, overview sessions, and monthly engagement sessions. The role will be accountable to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.

  • This role also collaborates with teammates from across the enterprise to support and deploy various engagement and communication initiatives to foster OneLCC team.

  • Coordinate and manage process for enterprise newsletter, including collaborating with stakeholders and teams to source engaging content, track internal metrics, and reporting.

  • Support Legal Operations and leaders in planning LCC events including Town Hall, Offsites, and site visits, etc.

  • Provide support for various projects for Legal Operations team.

  • Leads the collaboration necessary across functional groups, broader RTX organizations to drive alignment and support of key LCC projects and initiatives.

  • Additional responsibilities include documenting best practices and standard work for key processes, metrics tracking, lessons learned, and continuous improvements.

  • Travel up to 10 %, or as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and with web-based business applications

  • U.S Person (U.S Citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Prior experience working with a legal department, preferably in a legal operation, communications, and/or program/project management.

  • Previous experience managing and executing projects

  • Demonstrated ability to balance and deliver on multiple projects.

  • Experience in a matrixed global organization and working effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees and leadership.

  • Demonstrated interest in seeking out innovative approaches and self-starter with a natural curiosity and drive to bring projects to completion.

  • Adept at building relationships in a hybrid and remote environment

  • Critical thinking and an ability to understand complex business issues.

  • Agile, adaptable to changes in direction.

  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills, collaborative and proactive style, especially in a virtual environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time and resources, organize, and prioritize work across multiple projects; A self-starter with a natural curiosity and drive to bring projects to completion.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
