Description We are offering an opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This role is crucial in the telecom industry, where you will be responsible for improving and maintaining our supply chain operations. Tasks include managing and optimizing customer service, logistics, and manufacturing processes, as well as utilizing various ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve existing supply chain processes to enhance performance.

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and JDA systems to manage supply chain activities.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded.

• Develop and implement effective forecasting methods to optimize manufacturing and logistics.

• Utilize 'About Time' management system to manage and track logistics and manufacturing processes.

• Leverage your skills in 3M systems to streamline supply chain operations.

• Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into supply chain performance.

• Address any issues or discrepancies in the supply chain process and provide effective solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in supply chain management. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M management methodologies

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ERP solutions

• Experience with JDA software for supply chain management

• Knowledge of different management systems and their application in supply chain

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software for effective time management

• Excellent customer service skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to develop accurate forecasting models for supply chain operations

• Proficiency in logistics management, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, understanding the relationship between production and supply chain
