Job Description
As a Analytica Development & GMP Team Leader at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will have the unique opportunity to make a real-world impact by contributing to the development of life-saving solutions. Responsibilities:
Proper planning and execution of daily activities, monitoring analysis progress, and adhering to priorities and company standards
Coordination of other analysts and discussion of progress with clients
Knowledge and utilization of analytical instrumentation and software
Management and calibration of laboratory instruments, adhering to regulations and standards
Autonomous project management, including planning, evaluation of results, and proposing solutions
Presentation of analytical results to customers
Documentation management and storage of internal and external data
Collaboration in the drafting of study protocols, analytical methods, and SOPs
Contribution to technical training and updating of procedures
Requirements:
Degree in Biology, Chemistry, CTF, Pharmacy, or similar fields
In-depth knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation
Familiarity with GLP / GMP and laboratory management systems
Experience in pharmaceutical industries and quality control
Fluent in Italian and autonomous in English
