The Portfolio Process Manager will own the implementation of the portfolio management processes to ensure OTP meets its mission of providing reliable, low-cost and environmentally responsible power to its customers. To achieve that, the Portfolio Process Manager will: Create, implement, and manage a portfolio management process. Define and enforce standards for preliminary project planning to ensure future project execution is a success. Collaborate with all internal Otter Tail Power stakeholders on templates, tools and standards lists for project management and methodologies and train Project Management team on best practices. Establish metrics and performance indicators to track the progress and performance of the project portfolio.
