Overview
MPC has an opportunity for a Facilities Services Coordinator in the Real Estate and Facilities organization. This role reports to the Real Estate and Facilities Director and is located in Findlay, OH. The Facilities Services Coordinator is responsible for providing facilities support across the enterprise with particular focus on the Findlay and San Antonio campuses.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates campus plant program in conjunction with campus interior designer
Oversees the campus speed programs/databases
Manage campus people finding systems
Assists with orders for materials and review accompanying invoices for payment as necessary to assist Facilities group
Coordinate A/V equipment replacements and installations along with procuring equipment that falls outside of typical IT group responsibilities
Coordinates campus personnel workstation/office relocations in conjunction with renovations/reorgs/etc.
Manage facilities inbox for remote office locations
PO/PR/Check Request/Wire Request support
Coordinate and manage HES&S Inspection Program (Gen 1029)
Oversee FDY and SAT reserved parking programs
Sodexo relationship coordinator
Assist Facilities group with additional tasks as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
4 or more years’ experience and proficiency in facilities management, supply chain, IT, or project management.
