Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all maintenance activities across multiple properties within the region, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Lead, train, and mentor on-site maintenance teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Assists with preventive maintenance programs to ensure the long-term health and functionality of all building systems and equipment.
Provide hands-on support for complex maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
Assists with preparation and monitoring of property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
General Requirements:
Advanced knowledge and proficiency of building maintenance principles including standard practices and methods of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances, swimming pools, hot tubs, plowing and HVAC
Advanced knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance such as but not limited to electric drills & saws, volt and gas meters, key machine, power drain cleaner (snake), ladders etc.
Relevant certifications such as HVAC, EPA, or CPO are strongly preferred.
Builds trust and communicates effectively within property, across company departments and in the community.
Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance.
Schedule:
Full-time hours, M - F; quarterly on call week
