Job Summary: Facilitate established training programs in manufacturing or engineering processes.
1st Shift
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor the effectiveness of training through established evaluation techniques.
Demonstrate proficiency in commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Qualifications: Knowledge Requirements:
Effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Operate a personal computer, including Windows-based operating systems and related software.
Possess advanced PC skills, including training and proficiency with Jabil's software packages.
Write simple correspondence and interpret visual aids.
Apply common sense to execute simple one- or two-step instructions.
Handle standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
Read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Perform basic arithmetic operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret graphs.
