Under close supervision of manager, assist & communicate with Korean-speaking seniors & their families/guardians, schedule appointments, maintain patient records, resolve concerns & complaints,demonstrate cultural sensitivity, work with staff to ensure our patients receive the best care possible, & create a welcoming and supportive environment for our elderly Korean patients.*High School or Foreign Equivalent + Fluent Korean
