Must haves:
Manufacturing background in Metal or Automotive (5 yrs)
Sheet metal is primary
High volume and high mix in product design (5 yrs)
Management experience (at least 2-3 yrs)
Managing at least 3-4 reports
Advanced technical skills
Strong interpersonal skills (customer-facing)
CAD Package knowledge (focus in Solidworks)
