6 Landscape Installation Laborers needed for temporary, full-time employment. Workers are needed from April 1,2024 to December 31,2024.

The position of Landscape Installation Laborer includes landscaping services such as installation of irrigation systems, planting of trees and shrubs, installation of rock and wood mulch and installation of landscape fabric and edging. Lifting up to 50 lbs. required. Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Workers will be paid no less than $20.33 per hour. Any overtime hours will be paid at a rate of $30.45. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. Employer will make all deductions from paycheck as required by law. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. In addition, $70/week rent will be deducted for voluntary employer provided housing if the worker chooses to reside in the housing. Employer will provide on the job training and will provide all tools, supplies and equipment at no cost to the employee. Work will occur at multiple jobsites throughout Greeley, Fort Collins, Denver, Aurora and Lakewood. Employer will provide daily transportation from employee housing to all jobsites at no cost to the worker. Employer will make advance payment for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or if the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers' reasonable costs for workers transportation and subsistence back home or to the place worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a daily rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.

Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
