Summary About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. Responsibilities Reviews correspondence and special and periodic reports prepared by others. Review and studies of incoming project planning, execution and related material and program activities and keeps currently informed on all phases of planning and execution. Recommends cost effective means of collecting data from the field and means of categorizing this data to ensure proper application to future projects. The incumbent receives broad guidance, and is responsible for tracking a synchronized plan of transition to include objectives, timelines and authorities. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe One Year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1. Serves as a technical specialist in the application of appropriate, effective and efficient theories, concepts, principles and processes TO assigned work for the organization. 2. Plans all phases (from planning charrette to troop ready date) of project management to meet regulations/standards (including the interpretation of and compliance with criteria, regulations, policies, and procedures, design and construction authorization and directives, availability and proper application of funds, and coordination of changes and additions on assigned projects.) 3. Ensures specific information, emerging programmatic issues, comprehensive improvements strategies, and potential solutions are designed and applied to facilitate a successful transformation of the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) campus, requiring thorough communication with multiple disciplines represented within the project delivery team. 4. Executes project management role such that campus construction stays on schedule, on budget, and compliant with all applicable standards and is executed with no disruption to Cyber and Signal School training during construction of the campus.
