Job Title: HR CoordinatorJob Description

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for contacting references and performing background checks on applicants. You will inform applicants about job details, including duties, working conditions, and benefits. Your role includes hiring or referring qualified applicants, conducting or assisting with new employee orientation, processing employment records and paperwork, and assisting with scheduling for the TA team. You will also be responsible for scheduling new hire training courses and ensuring new hires complete them.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Sunrise, Florida and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid work setting, requiring in-office attendance once a week, occasionally twice. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. New hires must start at 9:00 AM, so punctuality is crucial.
