We’re looking for an amazing Senior Analyst, Food and Beverage Demand Planning to fill this role which will be based in our Fort Lauderdale office. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You’ll work in person (in office) Tuesday to Thursday each week. You’ll be responsible for all demand planning activities associated with Princess Cruise Lines’ food, beverage, and hotel operations/ This includes product rollouts/phase-outs, strategic initiatives, promotions, seasonality, and regional deployments. The position will be responsible of developing forecasts and demand plans based on business trends, demand patterns, demographics, future occupancies, and other inputs to improve product availability. The roll will also be responsible for product lifecycle management, demand control (exceptions management), and monitoring/tracking fleet adherence to SOPs/Policies The position will involve close collaboration and partnership with supply chain and sister brands.

Responsibilities
Calculating usage projections on an annual, bi-quarterly, quarterly, seasonal, and ad-hoc basis
Manage demand planning files to ensure accuracy; actively monitor and adjust forecast models based on current trend analysis
Document demand planning assumptions, monitor and improve forecast accuracy
Drive regular demand review meetings with recommended changes to forecasts, co-lead the S&OP process
Collaboration / integration with GEPD program managers to ensure visibility into programs and anticipate future demand
Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring HAGroup SOPs and P&Ps across the fleet.
Facilitate and execute shipboard training / auditing associated to demand planning processes and onboard inventory management
Manage fleet adherence to demand plans, market masters
Exceptions management of special purchase requests (SPRs), out-of-templates (OOTs), and other requests outside of the consensus demand plans.
SKU segmentation
Optimizes the lifecycle and change control processes
Track and analyzes SKU adoption through all levels of product lifecycle seasonally by ship/class.
Serves as the liaison between brand management, sales, product development, and supply chain teams to coordinate inputs, and investigate and resolve product challenges.
Maintain up-to-date market masters per region
Management reporting, KPI tracking, and presentations as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain management, hospitality operations, finance fp&a or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with planning, big data analytics, and/or inventory management
Minimum 5 years of management level experience within hospitality management
Demonstrated ability to lead transformations, influence stakeholders and apply change management
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work in complex organizations under ambiguous circumstances
Must be able to demonstrate a detailed analytical skillset
Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to present to leadership teams
Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
Demand Driven, CPIM, APICS, or equivalent certificate preferred
3+ years of management level experience within planning, analytics and/or demand planning/inventory management preferred
3+ year of management level experience within hospitality management preferred
Experience in inventory management or business analytics in the cruise industry
Working knowledge of SQL and/or Power Bi
Working knowledge of Crunchtime!

Base Salary Range: $63,700.00 to $ 86,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
