Job Description

Data Analysis for HR Compliance Team

Helping with DOT Compliance Program for a large Logistics company

Helping the team to ensure Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance/regulations are being followed

Relationship Management

Auditing Files (Ex: Reviewing Delivery Driver qualification files)

$33-47/hr based on years of experience

Skills and Requirements

3-4+ years of HR Compliance experience

 DOT Compliance experience

 Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance/regulations

 Auditing Files (Ex: Reviewing Delivery Driver qualification files)

 Very familiar with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and DOT requirements

 Any previous experience with company & fleet of drivers

 Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

 Strong Data Analytic experience - MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)

 Experience adjudicating background checks or helping with background check process null
