Description: We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented General Labor Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling products, materials, supplies, and equipment. You will maintain an orderly and clean work area, operate industrial power equipment, restock and replenish items as needed, and perform general maintenance tasks. You will ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, fill in for other positions as needed, and perform general warehouse, production, and cooler service duties. This position requires periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds, and climbing.
Important Safety Requirements:
Temperature Monitoring: All workers will be subjected to temperature monitoring before entering the facility.
Face Covering: Face coverings are required at all times while at the facility.
Attire: Non-logo tee shirt in red, black, or grey, and non-logo baseball cap if applicable.
Proper Safety Footwear:
Foot protection must meet ANSI Z41-compliant or local country-equivalent standards.
CCSWB Safety Shoe Specification: Puncture-resistant (Kevlar bottom), Class 75 protective toe, slip-resistant soles that meet Mark II LS-oily/wet test at .35/higher, and a minimum of 6 inches in height.
Skills/Requirements:
High School Diploma preferred.
0 - 1 year of general work experience.
Prior warehouse, production, or equipment service experience preferred.
Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift products.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Handle product, materials, supplies, and equipment physically.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements.
Operate industrial power equipment.
Restock and replenish items as appropriate.
Perform general maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Fill in for other positions as needed.
Perform general warehouse, production, and cooler service duties.
Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds, and climbing.

Pay Details: $12.15 per hour
