Need FT Apartment Maintenance Tech Assistant
Be able to follow directions. Makes general appliance repairs, basic maintenance functions, basis plumbing and electrical repairs. Willing to performs carpentry, painting and plumbing duties as assigned. Assist with installing appliances and electrical fixtures as needed. Assist with repairing door locks an deadbolt locks. Handles designated service requests in a timely manner. Reports any maintenance problems - whether you are told or not, if you see a need.
Hourly rate:$16 per hour depending on experience. Works on-call, weekends, holidays and evenings on emergency basis.
Must be able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull.Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
Must be able to pass background and drug test
