Primary Role: The Maintenance supervisor for Latham Pool Products will be primarily responsible for training, mentoring, and managing the staff of maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leadership in a maintenance supervisory role. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of PLC ladder logic, control systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, 380V 3 phase power, chillers, air compressors, and have the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. They should also be detail driven, self-motivated, and have a desire to actively impact and improve overall plant safety, quality, and efficiency metrics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure teams adherence to all established plant safety and quality procedures
Train and develop teams troubleshooting and maintenance techniques and skills
Assist with troubleshooting complex issues until resolved
Coordinate, schedule, and supervise work performed by outside contractors when required
Utilize CMMS software for managing preventative maintenance activities
Utilize CMMS software for managing breakdown workorder activities and assignments
Assist with Sourcing and ordering components related to scheduled and unscheduled downtime
Positively impact the overall reliability and efficiency of equipment
Qualifications/Skills:
Degree in a technical field a plus, but not required
Minimum of 10 years maintenance or related industry experience
3-5 years experience as a maintenance supervisor
Excellent planning and leadership abilities
Strong technical skills with industrial equipment and systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to proactively contribute in a team environment
The ability to work overtime when necessary
WHAT WE OFFER:
A competitive wage from $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
