job summary:
A Commercial Construction Project Manager is needed for a Swiss-American pharmaceutical and medical device company specializing in eye care products in the Houston, TX area. This role involves managing commercial construction projects by coordinating resources, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, gathering quotes, sourcing subcontractors, and communicating project scopes effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Skills:
Proven working experience in project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Education and Experience:
Degree in Business Management or other related discipline.
2-3 years of experience (maximum).
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification (not required).
bilingual and proficient in Spanish.
Experience ensuring quality control and adhering to compliance requirements.
