You will be an F-35 Items Analyst Associate - Level 1 on the F-35 Pilot Furnished Equipment Team.

What You Will Be Doing

The F-35 Pilot Furnished Equipment Team consists of 4-8 individuals who support Mission Systems Pilot Furnished Equipment such as the helmet, helmet mounted display, visors, and related hardware including spares and components utilized in the repair of PFE.

As the F-35 Item Analyst Associate - Level 1, You will be responsible for managing contract deliveries of hardware utilizing the Wide Area Work Flow government system. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is responsible for establishing the infrastructure to manage, maintain, and provide technical support for PFE Initial Issue, depot level maintenance and repairs. Other responsibilities related to this job include:

• Providing status updates to the customer and

management on Supply demands

• Ensuring Provisioning/Autonomic Logistics Information

System (ALIS) requirements are in place to receive

assets

• Providing input to performance metrics

• Maintaining accurate Records of Requirements

• Administering systems records updates related to the

storage and transportation of assets

• Generate purchase requisition for repair actions

• Preparing and/or coordinating required shipping

documentation

• Acquiring and updating repair source data

Basic Qualifications:

- Holds a Bachelors degree in related discipline, OR equivalent experience/combined education. Holds at least 1 year of related professional experience

- Holds a working knowledge of SAP Inventory Systems, or equivalent enterprise resource planning system (ERP)

- Utilization of Microsoft Suite Tools (i.e. Excel)

Desired Skills:

- Experience with Supply Chain Management,

Procurement, Logistics and other related disciplines.

- Educational interest in Systems Programming or Supply

Chain Management

- Experience with Inventory Management.

- Ability to work under pressure in a high paced

environment.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal)

skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
