Deluxe Merchant Supt Spec, ISV in Fort Worth, Texas

Serve as a member of the integrated software merchant helpdesk. Responsible for providing a high level of customer service, technical support, and installation assistance. Must be PC literate with an ability to handle highly complex computer related escalated technical problems. Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to give clear technical instructions with remote troubleshooting techniques, is required. Knowledge of POS systems a plus.• Cultivates partner/merchant relationships providing personal and customized account care.• Performs the direct installation of POS devices, units and software remotely for all ISV partners and their specified platforms• Provides high level, customized technical support to customers and partners utilizing complex computer related systems and POS devices.• Assists with customer service inquiries, such as billing, fee, statement questions, etc.• Answers support calls and responds to moderately complex inquiries to ensure needs are met.• Resolves highly complex technical problems as appropriate and escalates if a more customized technical solution is required.Basic Qualifications:Education and Experience: Bachelors in related field and 2 years of related experience or HS/GED and 6 years. A minimum of four years call center experience in the credit card processing industry is preferred. Overall understanding of First American’s operations and procedures and PC literacy are required.Preferred Qualifications:Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 2 years• Experience working in a managed services environment preferred.• 2 year degree and/or CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
