Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST
Stage/Loading:
Outbound shipments are to be staged and loaded using a RF and a Fork Lift, WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Any discrepancy between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents are researched by inventory control to ensure inventory reconciliation.
Applicable OS&D processes are followed.
Verifying pallets are in the lane consolidating pallets if needed.
Wrap all pallets to secure transportation.
Label all pallets and generate Packing list.
Load the freight with a Fork Lift by using RF technology.
Maintains an acceptable work area as outlined in SOP and work instructions.
Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.
May be responsible for dock manifest duties which includes scanning completed pallets and running the shrink wrapper.
May be required to transport pallets by MHE.
Must follow all safety instructions to maintain safe working conditions and to adhere to proper operating practices and procedures designed to prevent injuries and illnesses.
Become knowledgeable with the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions, act as backup as needed.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Must adhere to attendance policies.
Required to maintain status in C2C training modules.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, required
2 years' experience in warehouse, preffered
Experience operating a pallet jack, and fork lift, preferred.
Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills required.
Must be able to keep detailed records of logs and documents.
Coordination of mental and physical attention of thought, hand, and eye required.
Must be able to lift/move 5-30 lbs. continuously, 40% – 70% of the time.
May also be required to lift 50 pounds.
Employees must have normal field of vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye and must have sufficient hearing to safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
This position requires a pre-employment physical exam.
