Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to work from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic issues, servicing electrical panels, and replacing motors and control panels. This role requires the use of various electrical and electronic test equipment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics on machines
Run conduit and pull wire (minimal)
Service electrical panels and breakers
Work from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
Troubleshoot all electrical and electronic breakdowns
Replace 3-phase motors, control panels, and gauges
Replace brushes and bearings for motors, tachometers, and generators
Install, replace, and repair microprocessors, programmable controllers, solid state controls, temperature controls, motors, gauges, and control panels
Use electrical and electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ammeters, meggers, digital meters, calibration apparatus, and laptop computers
Essential Skills
Experience with PLC troubleshooting
Electrical maintenance expertise
Ability to work with voltmeters and other electrical test equipment
Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting
Experience with electric panels and 3-phase motors
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Maintenance associate degree preferred but not required
Experience with Fanuc robots is a plus
