Job Title: TIG Welder

Job Description

As a TIG Welder, you will fabricate and assemble structural metal products using TIG, MIG, and STICK welding techniques on stainless steel and aluminum. You'll interpret blueprints and weld symbols to create precise constructions. This position involves working in a fab shop environment engaging in heavy mechanical and physical labor.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Franklin, Kentucky.

Work Environment

1st Shift, Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays required. Work hours are from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, with shorter shifts on Saturdays. The role requires early arrival at least by 5:45 AM to ensure punctuality. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour based on experience and weld test results. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as Steel Toe Boots with Met Guards, ANSI Safety Glasses, and personal tools are mandatory from the first day, with some items provided and others to be self-supplied.
