ManpowerGroup Automation Technician in Franklin, Ohio

Our client is seeking an Automation Technician to join their team. As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance to ensure reliability of production equipment, troubleshooting electro-mechanical issues and testing electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Automation Technician

Location: Franklin, OH

Pay Rate: Up to $38/hour (will be dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability of equipment.

  • Assist in equipment installations and start-ups to guarantee smooth operations.

  • Install and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures, ensuring compliance with electrical codes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Electrician in an automated manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

  • Experience with PLC-based equipment and basic troubleshooting of robotic systems.
