Universal Health Services PATIENT ACCOUNT REP in FRANKLIN, Tennessee

We are looking to add a dynamic Patient Account Rep to our Business Office team. The Patient Account Rep is responsible for submitting of electronic and manual billings, account statements, and for follow-up with third-party payers and patients for outstanding balances. This position is also responsible for the preparation of daily cash receipts and maintenance of insurance logs, providing data processing services for the facility which may include entering receivables, report preparation, printing data entered into the system, selecting and printing bills and posting charge sheets. In addition, this position is responsible for accurate processing of all accounts receivables functions for the facility. This position will services as back up Financial Counselor when needed.

Licensure/Certification:

Current Tennessee Driver’s License

Experience: Collections and billing experience required, medical billing preferred.

Education/Training:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Training in billing preferred.
