Job Title: Account Resolutions Admin
Job Description
As an Account Resolution Admin, you will be responsible for handling escalated account issues, conducting research, contacting customers for resolution, and following up on outstanding issues. Your primary role will be to investigate and resolve account discrepancies, handle billing concerns, manage rental order exceptions, reconcile accounts with various billing and inventory issues originating from system or user errors, and respond to escalated billing requests and inquiries. You will also be tasked with routine account maintenance which includes order cancellations, order returns, management of paid in full accounts, and instrument maintenance agreements. The goal is to improve customer relations while protecting company profits.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Frederick, Maryland.
Work Environment
The position starts as 100% onsite, with work from home every Friday. After a training period of 2-3 months, there may be an opportunity to flex your schedule to 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. The official schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This schedule flexibility is at the discretion of your supervisor.
