We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Technical Service Representative for our Fredericksburg location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

  • Provide technical support to in-house personnel, authorized distributors, and customers regarding sold Kaeser products to include on-call support on weekends and holidays.

  • Respond to inquires from branches and distributors regarding part numbers and product manuals.

  • Document component failures and troubleshooting methods.

  • Analyze data to diagnose compressor problems.

  • Perform inspection and failure analysis of returned components as required.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.

  • Good communication skills/phone skills required.

  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suites.

  • SA experience preferred.

  • Regular physical attendance at the worksite.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the electrical or mechanical industry.
