FT: Project Manager/Estimator, Fredonia. Responsible for meeting with prospective customers, estimating and designing the job. Once the quote/bid becomes a job, responsible for working with architects, engineers, general contractors and other trades to get the job complete. Duties include purchase orders, contract documents, submit all as builds, close outs, scheduling job meeting, safety and directing foreman and electricians. Must be self motivated, able to multitask and communicate. Willing to train the right person. Pay rate: $18-$27/hour depending on experience.
